General Meetings

We host a General Meeting on the 4th Tuesday of every month (excluding July & December) at 7:30 pm at Bracebridge Lions Hall, 325 Fraserburg Rd., Bracebridge. Everyone is welcome (including non-members) to come out and hear what we’re all about!  Stay for a short social gathering after the meeting and enjoy coffee, drinks, and treats while chatting with other members.

The Annual Show

The Muskoka Pioneer Power Show takes place every July on the second weekend at the  J.D. Lang Activity Park in Bracebridge. The 2026 show will take place on July 10, 11 and 12. 

Volunteers are needed and welcome to help out either on the work days preceding the show, or on show days, helping with the food booth/the displays/the registration booth/the snack bar/the silent auction/whipper snipping and many other areas.  As much or as little time as you can help is appreciated.  Students needing school volunteer hours should consider this as well.

June 27 – Sunday Summer Picnic -12:00 noon on the grounds – weather permitting

July 10-12, 2026 – 40th Annual Show

August 22 – Sunday Summer Picnic – 12:00 noon on the grounds – weather permitting

October 22, 2025 (Annual General Meeting)

November 28, 2026 – Christmas Dinner, 5:00 PM at the Bracebridge United Church, 46 Dominion Street, Bracebridge.  $20.00 Per Person. This is an RSVP event, so MPPA knows how much food to buy.
